MattoMcFly: I'm not impressed. Microsoft seems determined to be the "centre of my living room" I already have a DVR and a remote and I'm happy. Nothing I saw swayed me to Xbox One. Yet.
Jefferson: but I think John is gonna pull me in for the Xbox One discussion tonight so Ill save the rest of the good stuff and debate with you till then good sir
Jefferson: but maybe now with the tech RL footage and gameplay are going to be blended together.. its still early on, but I was impressed with the new system.
MattoMcFly: Right...for the 10-seconds that weren't a live action TV scene
Jefferson: yeah it looked cool
Jefferson: Quantum Break...
MattoMcFly: The only game-related thing that was remotely interesting was Remedy's title, but even that was pitched as a TV-hybrid
MattoMcFly: Don't think my comments are hipstery, just disappointed that the thrust of the event was basically how Xbox One will let you watch TV better, play nicer sports games, and do a bunch of social things no one was really crying for
Jefferson: but I implore everyone to make there own opinions after watching the footage from the show.
Jefferson: like how it has a built in capture card that allows you to record any game you are playing and make videos
Jefferson: well if you arent a hipster like Matt you might also have seen some of the awesome things it will do besides interactive TV.. which is something ps4 doesnt have..
MattoMcFly: Call of Duty...with DOGS. The future is now.
